Problem

401 Unauthorized Outbound AS2 failed in the HTTP Client POST Service

Symptom

When sending outbound AS2 message to Sterling Collaboration Network or Sterling VAN, the HTTP Client POST Service step shows an Error.

Error Message

Resolving The Problem

Http 401 Unauthorized message for the AS2 communication means that you are trying to connect to a network that requires login credentials either on your side or your trading partner's side and either the provided login credential is missing or incorrect.

Please verify with the trading partner on the login credentials and also verify with your network team as well.
