Postal Service™ Form 3553

You must add company name, software version, and configuration type to the Form 3553.

When you submit Form 3553, the CASS stage provides information in the following fields:

• 1. CASS Certified™ Company Name is IBM® Corporation.
• 2. CASS Certified™ Software Name & Version is WebSphere® QualityStage® 8.0 or InfoSphere® QualityStage version_number, where version_number is the number for your installation.
• 3. Configuration is CASS.
