The menu bar on the Definition Menu has some functions not accessible
from any other panel in the application. From the menu bar, you can:
- Verify a service definition
- Allocate a WLM couple data set
- Install a service definition on the WLM couple data set
- Activate a service policy

from the menu bar on the Definition Menu. Each of the options are
explained.
