Explanation

dumptitleinfo
is part of the dump title used when requesting a dump associated with this message. The full dump title is of the form:

System action

The system analyzes the error related to the named resources and gathers diagnostic data. The system attempts a retry if it is deemed appropriate. Otherwise "Continue-With-Termination" is indicated.
