Explanation

via the IXLCONN macro failed. In the message text:

- IXLCONN return code.

- IXLCONN reason code.
System action
The system continues. The program which issued
the IXLCONN will not be able to use the structure.
Operator response
Notify the system programmer of this failure.
System programmer response
Determine the reason why the connect
request could not be satisfied.
Make the appropriate corrections. If needed, restart
or reinitialize the program so that the IXLCONN request is attempted
again.
