System action
Transaction trace is turned off.

Operator response
Use the DUMP command to dump the transaction trace dataspace. For
example, enter 'DUMP COMM=(TTrace for JOB=PAYTRAN2)' followed by 'Rx,DSPNAME='TRACE'.SYSTTRC'.
