the linklist or there was a failure in trying to load the module that
was found.
In the message text: exitname
The name of the user exit.

System action
The system continues processing.  The system will
not call a diagnostic exit during tracing of partitioned data set
directory entries (PDSE) or other DFP products supported by the PDSE
function.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
Ensure that the diagnostic exit routine
is linked as authorized (AC=1), it is placed in an authorized library,
and that library is in the LINKLIST.
