Explanation
The CF_TIME value changed. A SETSMS CF_TIME(xxx)
or SET SMS=xx command changed this PARMLIB value.
All systems in the sysplex use this value.
The CF_TIME value
is used only if the SMF_TIME value is set to NO.
This PARMLIB value controls SMSVSAM system management facilities (SMF)
record intervals 42–15, 42–16, 42–17, 42–18,
and 42–19.
