Explanation
This message is issued if an error occurred during
DFSMStvs initialization (such as a program check) that caused the
SMSVSAM server to be abnormally ended and restarted. The next DFSMStvs
initialization causes this message to be issued, giving the operator
an opportunity to take corrective action before restarting DFSMStvs,
to avoid the possibility of recursive failures.
