Explanation

- The name of the data set that failed to open.

- Prevent access to the data set by quiescing it, using the VARY
SMS command.
- If the message says that the data set needs to be restored, restore
it from a backup copy.
- Forward recover the data set.
- Reallow access to the data set by unquiescing it.
- Retry the open.
