Explanation

set or the SYS1.PARMLIB data set. The data set has not been allocated
or mounted properly.
System action
Processing continues. Depending on the data set,
either:
- SYS1.MANn
- SMF writes no records to the SYS1.MANn data
set.
- SYS1.PARMLIB
- SMF issues message IEE356A, to permit the operator to enter SMF
parameters.
