Explanation
A CONTROL Q command purges the message queue for
a console.  The system issues this message to indicate successful
completion of the command.
This message appears on the console
on which the operator entered the CONTROL Q command.
In the
message text: name
The name of the console on which the CONTROL Q command was entered.
COMMAND ISSUED IS command
command is the text of the command that was
originally entered.

System action
The system continues processing. Subsequent messages
are not affected.
