Explanation
In response to a reconfiguration request, the system
brought a channel path physically online. When logical online processing
completed, the system found that the channel path was physically offline. A
hardware failure might have put the channel path physically offline.
Message IEE148I may further describe the failure.

The system continues processing. In certain
conditions, the system writes a logrec data set error record.
