This message is issued in response to the MODIFY command for the GPMSERVE address space with the TRACEON or TRACEOFF option.
If the trace is active, GPMSERVE will put its trace output to DDNAME SYSOUT. If the trace is inactive, GPMSERVE will no longer write trace output to DDNAME SYSOUT.
