Operator response
One of the following:
- If a timing network configuration is underway, for example, a
migration from a Mixed CTN to a STP-only CTN, this message is expected
and can be ignored.
- If an ETR is installed, check the hardware system console associated
with this processor. If you have already contacted the IBM Support Center, no further action is required.
Otherwise, contact 9037 hardware support. The same event might occur
on more than one of the processors in a sysplex.
- If an ETR is not installed, ensure that the CLOCKxx member of
SYS1.PARMLIB contains ETRMODE NO and ETRZONE NO.
