An IDCAMS CANCEL command was issued to end the current job step. The step will be ended with a return code in register 15 equal to the value of the highest condition code encountered before the CANCEL command was run.
The system ends the job step. The remainder of the command stream is not processed.
The maximum condition code is returned in register 15 and will be printed out on the IDCAMS completion message, IDC0002I. Perform the programmer response from message IDC0002I.
