Explanation
You attempted to confirm the completion of the
move for a single volume that is being moved from a system-managed
library. DFSMSrmm checks to see if the volume is in the library before
allowing the move to be confirmed.

The subcommand fails.

Programmer response
Eject or export the volume from the library.
You can use the RMM CHANGEVOLUME subcommand with the EJECT operand
to get a physical volume ejected from a library. Use export processing
to remove logical volumes from a library.
