Explanation

The user issued an RMM CHANGEVOLUME subcommand with the CONFIRMRELEASE operand, and attempted to confirm actions not outstanding for the volume.

Use the RMM LISTVOLUME subcommand to list actions outstanding for the volume. Reissue the command.
