THE OWNER TO BE DELETED OWNS VOLUMES - THE NEWOWNER OPERAND MUST BE SPECIFIED

Explanation

The RMM DELETEOWNER subcommand requires the NEWOWNER operand whenever volumes have to be reassigned because of the deletion.

The command fails.

Programmer response

Reissue the RMM DELETEOWNER subcommand, specifying a new owner to whom the volumes can be transferred.
