DFSMSrmm SUBSYSTEM IS NOT ACTIVE

Explanation

The DFSMSrmm subsystem is not active. DFSMSrmm TSO subcommands cannot be used to display or alter information contained within the DFSMSrmm control data set.

System action

The request fails.

Operator response

Start the DFSMSrmm subsystem, using your installation's procedures.

Programmer response

If you expect DFSMSrmm to be active on your system, then you should inform your installation's service supplier.
