A user or group name cannot contain spaces or any
of the following special characters:

(backslash)

(colon)

(semicolon)

(comma)
*
(asterisk)
?
(question mark)

NetWare may also restrict the user or group name from containing
other special characters. This message may appear if no name is specified.
Note: Not
all commands produce this message when a user or group name contains
one of the above characters. Some commands will return message 3002E
Incorrect user or group name.

Command processing ends. The system status remains
the same.

None.

User response
 Reenter the command with a valid name.
