EWXxx2014E Error writing file filename ExplanationAn input/output error occurred when the specified file was being written on the server. The volume space limit may have been exceeded. It is possible that the primary File Allocation Table or Directory table was damaged. System actionCommand processing ends. System programmer responseVerify disk usage and volume space limits. Determine if the volume is full. It may be necessary to purge deleted files on the volume. If the there does not appear to be a disk usage or limit problem, and the problem persists, run the NetWare VREPAIR NLM to correct the problems on the volume. VREPAIR will correct many of the problems that can occur if the primary File Allocation Table or Directory table is damaged. User responseDetermine if the disk is full, or if you have exceeded your volume space limit. If so, remove files and purge the deleted files with the purge command, or request for your volume space limit to be increased. Reenter the command. If the error persists, notify your server administrator. SourceLANRES |
