Explanation
Your installation authorization exit routine, ERBTSOCK
for RMF™ Monitor II, has determined
that a user who is trying to start an RMF session
entered a userid that is not authorized under TSO. The unauthorized
userid appeared in the RMFMON command for Monitor II.

System action
RMF ends
the session. The TSO session continues.

System programmer response
  If you are authorized to use RMF Monitor II, enter your userid
correctly. If not, ask your installation for authorization to use RMF Monitor II, then reissue the
RMFMON command.
