Explanation
RMF™ has detected
that it cannot find required LPA modules. The RMF LPA modules reside in SYS1.SERBLPA. Possible
causes for  this error are as follows:SYS1.SERBLPA is not in the LPALST concatenation.
LPALIB is defined as STEPLIB.

System action
The RMF control
program terminates immediately.

Operator response
Inform the system programmer.

System programmer response
Make sure that library SYS1.SERBLPA
is in the LPALST concatenation. This can be achieved by adding the
library to the active LPALSTxx PARMLIB member (for details see the z/OS MVS Initialization and Tuning Reference)
and RE-IPL.
To
add the modules in SYS1.SERBLPA dynamically to the LPA without an
IPL you may use the SETPROG or SET PROG=xx operator commands (see z/OS MVS System Commands).
