Explanation
DFSMSrmm was unable to find an entry in its DFSMSrmm
control data set for the volume volser, and the
reject prefix specification denies all access to undefined volumes.
The REJECT ANYUSE operand might have been specified in the DFSMSrmm
parmlib member to define this range of volume serial numbers.

use the DFSMSrmm ISPF dialog or RMM ADDVOLUME subcommand to add the
volume to the DFSMSrmm control data set.
