Explanation

The DFSMSrmm utility, EDGUTIL, is verifying the contents of the volume information in the DFSMSrmm control data set. The utility found a rack number for the volume.

In the message text:
volser
This is the volume serial number.
rackno
This is the rack number assigned to the volume.

System action

Processing continues. DFSMSrmm sets a minimum return code of 4.

System programmer response

Run the EDGUTIL MEND function to correct the problem.
