defined as a subsystem in the system parmlib, and that the subsystem
has been started successfully. The tape volume volser has
not been processed correctly by the DFSMSrmm subsystem. Manual processing
might be necessary to ensure that information has been recorded in
the DFSMSrmm control data set.
