Explanation
This message is issued when the guest platform
management provider (GPMP) cannot be activated through the normal
interface.  There was a problem in activating the GPMP runtime environment.

GPMP stops.

Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact IBM® Support.
