Explanation

You are running the DFSMSrmm EDGUTIL MEND utility to correct information for volumes. The volume has an incorrect previous volume pointer. DFSMSrmm clears previous volume pointer.

In the message text:
previous_volser
The previous volume pointer of the volume where the error was found.
volser
The volume serial number of the volume where the error was found.
