 Report the problem to your system programmer.

System programmer response
 Submit the A1C abend dump to IBM®. Submit an ICKDSF batch job
to reformat the VTOC or initialize the volume. If you continue to
receive ABEND A1C, you can use the F DEVMAN,DISABLE(RSPINIT | STGINIT
| REFVTOC) command to disable the function appropriate function.
