CPO3820W   Long metrics retrieval interval for system at address

The Provisioning Manager retrieved metrics from the system at the specified address. The retrieval interval is long in relation to the sysplex MINTIME interval. The result is that the metrics cannot be retrieved reliably. A reason may be that the classification in the system causes the CIM/RMFDDS/TCPIP infrastructure to suffer under load.
