Explanation
 The EMCS console that queues messages
to the specified log has failed.

System action
 The system generated a dump. The system attempts
to reattach the EMCS console. Messages that were processed while the
task was inactive will not be logged.

 Notify the system programmer.

  Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for this problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
