Explanation
 The user requested that the subsystem select an
unused SHRPOOL value for one or more batch local shared resources
(LSR) requests. However, all 16 values (0 through 15) were already
used.

System action
 The job fails with a JCL error.

Programmer response
 Either do not use the batch local shared
resources (LSR) subsystem to process the failing request(s), or force
several allocation requests to share the same resource pool number
by using the SHRPOOL parameter. If the requests sharing the resource
pool have different data and/or index control interval (CI) sizes,
be sure to specify the BUFSD and BUFSI parameters.
