CNLC182S DBCS INDICATOR PARAMETER INVALID, PROCESSING TERMINATED

Explanation
 The double-byte character set (DBCS) indicator
parameter passed to the message compiler is incorrect. A valid DBCS
indicator can be either:  Y
N

System action
 The message compiler ends processing and does
not produce a run-time message file.

information about the message compiler. Correct the DBCS indicator
parameter. Compile the install message file again.
