CRU415I EXPIN DATA SET IS NOT AN IDCAMS EXPORT

Explanation
 The IDCAMS "EXPORT indicator" field in the
first record of the data set supplied by the EXPIN DD statement does
not indicate an IDCAMS EXPORT data set.

System action
 The condition code is set to 16 and the program
terminates.

Operator response
 Supply the correct EXPORT data set on the
EXPIN DD statement and rerun the job. If the correct data set was
supplied as input, it is in error. Re-execute the entire recovery
using a different (older) backup copy of the catalog.
