Explanation

RRS initialization was unable to obtain member information about the RRS XCF group.

In the message text:
returncode
is the return code received from the IXCQUERY macro
reasoncode
is the reason code received from the IXCQUERY macro

System action

RRS initialization is terminated.

Operator response

Notify the system programmer.
