Explanation

The system was unable to change the owner and/or the group owner of the file because of the condition indicated by the return code and reason code shown.

The return code received from chattr.
reason_code
The reason code received from chattr. For an explanation of the return code and reason code, see z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes.
pathname
Start of change The name of the file. If the name is longer than 64 characters, it is truncated. End of change
