Explanation
Migration was being requested, but the HOLD MIGRATION
command was in effect. Message ARC1001I gives the data set name or
volume serial number.
Note: Volume migration includes the FREEVOL
command.
System action
The data set or the volume is not migrated. DFSMShsm processing
continues.
Programmer response
Reissue the command after issuing the RELEASE
MIGRATION command.
