Explanation
A SETSYS command has specified that the 3480 single-file
format is being used. DFSMShsm has issued a NOTE macro for a 3480
tape volume. The NOTE macro has failed. There are three possible return
codes:
- Retcode
- Meaning
- 4
- Does not support block ID.
- 8
- Invalid input parameters are specified.
- 12
- An I/O error has occurred during the RDBLKID command.
System action
The migration, backup, or recycle action fails. DFSMShsm processing
continues.
