DFSMShsm has detected that the version of DFSMSdss that has been installed on this system does not support SMS-managed data. DFDSS 2.4.0 or a subsequent release is required to support dump and restore on SMS-managed volumes. Non-SMS-managed volumes can be dumped and restored under control of DFSMShsm. SMS-managed volumes will not be dumped under control of DFSMShsm. DFSMShsm will disallow restore requests of SMS-managed volumes.
