A MODIFY SUSSESS ALL operation was issued. XRC was unable to locate any active XRC sessions on the storage controls attached to the system the command was executed on.
The command returns the condition that there are no active XRC sessions at the time the command was issued.
Make sure that each session you want suspended has at least one device online.
