The command is rejected.
Verify the command was issued properly. See any other messages (ANTP7129E, ANTP7130E, or ANTP7131E) that can have been issued with diagnostic data. After making any changes or corrections, resubmit the request. If problem persists, search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
