PFA detected that SMF is not running and has stopped processing the check. Previously collected data and previously generated models cannot be used. The collect and model times and counts reinitialize. After SMF restarts, PFA collects data for a period of time to determine the jobs with the highest arrival rates to track. After that time, PFA resumes collecting and modeling data and can perform comparisons.
