z/OS MVS Programming: Sysplex Services Guide

During the Rebuild Connect phase:

  1. The Rebuild Connect event is delivered.
  2. Connectors issue IXLCONN REBUILD to connect to the new structure.
  3. Connectors reconstruct the new structure.
  4. Connectors issue IXLREBLD REQUEST=COMPLETE to indicate that the structure is reconstructed.
