In LOADxx, code a NUCLST statement to specify the NUCLSTxx member to be used. On the NUCLST statement, you can optionally specify whether the system loads a wait state if any of the INCLUDE statements in the NUCLSTxx member specify a member that cannot be found in SYS1.NUCLEUS. The system does not load a wait state by default and continues to IPL.
