This information is generated whenever the IEWDUMP DDNAME name
is specified in the batch mode of the binder, or when the DUMP file
name is specified in the FILES parameter of the STARTDialog API call.
This data set can be either a SYSOUT data set, a sequential data set,
a member of a partitioned data set, or a TSO terminal.
Note that the BLKSIZE can be equal to or larger than the LRECL, 125. IBM® recommends omitting BLKSIZE so as to take advantage of an optimal, system-determined block size.
