Drivers 21 release notes

The IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager Drivers 21 release is available. These Release Notes contain information on new or updated drivers, installation, resolved APARs for standard drivers, and known limitations.

Each major release of drivers contains upgrades to important libraries and many internal fixes, improvements, and capabilities, in addition to APARs created for issues encountered by customers. Updating to major driver releases when they are made Generally Available (GA) is both a preventative measure and a way to ensure that any future issues you might have can be dealt with as fast as possible.

Important: If you encounter an issue with a driver that is earlier than the latest GA version, you will be asked to upgrade and replicate the issue with the latest GA version of the driver before Support can further progress your case.
