About this task

You can view the state of skipped resources for change set link, change set, and tracking and planning in the web client. The information helps you identify the causes of problems and suggests how to fix them. If the cause of a skipped resource is that a work item is deleted, the message displays so. New causes for skipped resources, not seen previously, are listed under Unknown Errors.
