Uninstalling approval process

You can remove approval process by undeploying it, and then uninstalling the files that the feature pack provided for approval process.

About this task

You undeploy approval process by disabling the configuration in WSRR, and then uninstalling the applications in Process Server. You then use the uninstall feature of Installation Manager to remove the files.

Procedure

  1. In the WSRR Configuration perspective, select Active Profile > WPS Approval Process and open WPSApprovalProcessConfiguration in edit mode.
  2. Disable the approval process component by setting the administrative status to "false":

    <Admin enable="false"/>

  3. Open the administrative console for Process Server and uninstall the following three applications:
    • WSRRGovApprovalProxyProcessApp
    • WSRRGovApprovalApp
    • WSRRGovSRInterfaceApp

  4. Open Installation Manager and click Uninstall.
  5. Select Feature Pack > Approval Process and click Next.
  6. Follow the uninstallation wizard instructions and finally click uninstall to remove the feature pack files.
