Overview of DOLS developer tasks

Developers and administrators perform different tasks to enable a subscription for offline use. Developers perform the following tasks:

1. Copy design elements from the DOLRES.NTF file into the subscription's main database.
2. (Optional) Customize how users install the subscription.
3. Edit the Offline Subscription Configuration Profile document.
4. Customize the subscription.
5. Tell the administrator they have completed their tasks. Developers who perform administrator tasks should read the DOLS topics in Domino® Administrator Help.
